Occasional Minder Needed for 2.5 yo during the week (English or German)

We are a young family looking for an occasional D12 local babysitter or childminder for our daughter, Beau 2.5 y.o. while I look after our newborn baby girl, Willow. If you can come for 2-3 hours once a week during the day, would probably be ideal- to be discussed what works best. We would like you to play with Beau in our home and in´the garden and making sure she is well looked after and having fun! This will give me some time to run errands etc. We are looking for someone caring, with childcare experience, who is trustworthy, reliable and has an engaging personality. Brownie points if you are German as we are a bilingual family and would love for Beau to speak more German.
