The position will care for twin girls, aged 2 years 7 months and ab eight month old baby girl. The position will be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The older girls attend pre-school, which is five minutes walk away, from 09:20 to 12:20 each day. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, caring, loving, reliable and interested in educational development. Experience looking after multiple young children and babies is essential. The children are raised through English and Irish but all languages are welcome to be spoken to the children. An additional language is an advantage. The Nanny will bring the older children to and from preschool, care for the three children’s needs, and arrange interesting and educational activities e.g. music, reading, play, library. Nursery duties to include children’s laundry, keeping children’s bedroom and play area clean and tidy, and to tidy the kitchen after children's meals. Duties will also include feeding, changing/assisting with toileting (twins are toilet trained), and following the daily routine for the children. It is essential to be able to cook healthy and nutritious meals and snacks. Driver not essential. Parks, libraries, the sea, and activities are within walking distance. The family home is close to the DART, C1, C2, 4 and 7 bus routes. The Nanny must be a non-smoker. The candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience in nannying, experience with young children, excellent references, up to date First Aid and evidence of Garda Vetting.
