Nanny/Housekeeper

I am looking for someone to help our family over the next while, starting on the 7th April. We are a family of 5, my husband, myself and 3 kids (ages 14, 11 and 10). We also have a golden retriever. I am going into hospital for an operation and need someone to help out in the house as I will be off my feet for 4-6 weeks. The hours would be approximately 11am until 6pm Monday to Friday. It is a short term position and the person will need to drive. Duties would include school collections, dropping to after school activities, light housework, preparing snacks and possibly dinner for the kids and walking through dog. I am looking for someone responsible, experienced, organized and fun. References required.
