Nanny / Childminder to help with after school pickup & activities

Our family is looking for someone with their own transportation to collect our two boys, aged 10 and 7, from school 5 days a week (1pm on Wednesdays and 3pm every other weekday) and bring them home. Our preference is for someone to mind them at our home, help with homework supervision and occasionally, bring them to after school activities. My husband and I both work from home, but would keep out of your way during your time with the children. We also have a family dog, so would need someone who is comfortable with pets.
