Looking for minder

I have four children from age 9 nearly too a 2 year old. I've 2 boys and 2 girls and both my boys have needs eldest being autistic and peg fed, and second on cpap at night. Please don't let that put you off. They're great kids really. I've 2 little girls 6 and 2 they are great together. I am looking for someone to start coming in even for a couple of hours a day here and there to get to know the kids and then more hours with an odd weekend . I will be looking for a rare over night but very rare id look for over night. A little light house work or preparation of meals nothing major. You can ask me more no problem .
