Long term nanny position for 9 month old and 3 year old

I am returning to work in January and am looking for someone to mind my 2 children. My son will be nearly 3 years of age at that stage and my daughter will be 9 months old. They have no dietary restrictions to date or special needs. I am looking for someone to mind my daughter and son at home in the afternoons. This would include a pick up from creche in Buttevant so a car is necessary for this position. They enjoy being outside at the local playground or playing inside with their toys.
