Help to raise our Angel

We need help to raise our 2 year old daughter. My wife stays at home but needs more time during the days and we need time to ourselves in the evenings and weekends. We would possibly be looking for an Au Pair if we found the right person. Our daughter is smart, fun and kind. She loves reading, cooking, cleaning, and generally getting involved with whatever we are doing. We follow steiner and aware parenting techniques, anyone who knows about this kind of parenting would be really appreciated.
