Full time Support for 3 under 3

Hello! Family living in Dun Laoghaire, looking for full time support for our 3 kids: one boy is almost 3 years old, two girls are almost 3 months old. Location is in the home. We also have a spare furnished bedroom that can be assigned to the carer if room and board is required. Our son goes attends Montessori M-F from 9am-4:30pm. Dad works from 1pm-9:30pm. Therefore we are ideally looking for support beginning around 12pm-1pm until around 8:30pm. From start time to about 4:30pm, most of the support would revolve around the two girls (feeding, changing, helping with nap time and play time). Mom will be home as well most of this time. When our son comes home from Montessori, support would entail fully supporting both girls while mom feeds and puts the toddler to bed (bedtime is from 6:45pm-7:30pm). Son is usually asleep by 7:45pm-8pm.
