Full time childminder

Hi my name is Elaine my partner is Ian, we have 2 boys eddie and mattie .. I'm currently on maternity leave and will be returning to work mid February 2022 and will require a full time child minder for our boys. I work in retail and ian is in the defence forces so it's very rare we would require a weekend as ian would be off work so mainly weekday with the odd weekend. Eddie is in pre school from 9to12 so a car will be required. The kids can be minded in our own home or yours if preferred. This is our first time to advertise for a childminder so were not really sure what way it works for both ourselves and the minder so feel free to contact me for a chat if there is anything I left out.
