Full Time Childminder needed for 8 month old girl

I have two little girls currently aged 2.5 and 6 months. At the moment, the older girl Chloe is in creche and absolutely loves it. The creche can't take her younger sister Lauren until she is 1, but I plan to go back to work in October so need short term childcare. We are very open to considering taking Chloe out of creche altogether and having one childminder for the two of them, if things work out long term. For now though, we need someone to look after Lauren from about 8-5 each day from Sept/Oct, including collecting Chloe from the local crehce at about 4.30. It can be in their home or ours. Lauren is really relaxed and loves seeing new faces, she is only now starting to sit upright so loves interactive play with her sensory toys. We have no pets. If it's in our home, we would ideally like someone who can do light house work too. We definitely want someone with relevant qualifications and 3+ years experience.
