Full time childminder for 2 children

Family in Dublin Ireland Hi. We are an Irish family living in Dublin. I have a 14 year old girl and a 5 year old boy. We are very friendly. She will work between 35 and 40 hours a week. Need to flexible as im a healthcare worker. I work 7 days a week but trying to cut it down to 5 or 6 days. My partner will also be around when not in work. She will need to pick up and drop 5 year old son to school which is only across the road. My 14 year old daughter gets minibus to and from school in Drogheda. She has special needs. Driving is not essential. Light housework required some cooking some assistance with homework.
