Full time childminder

Hi , im due back to work very soon , my 9 month old will need to be minded from 9am till 3pm on his own and also a few light house work duties ie, steralizing baby bottles , pharmacy collections for his formula , washing a few clothes. My other two kids will get off the bus at the house between 3pm and 3:15pm. , from then they will need to be changed from their uniform to their after school clothes, fed their after school snack , home work and then dinner. I myself travel to work and the same with my husband , working hours are 9am - 5pm so I may not arrive home until 6pm. Tyler is 8 he attends rahan school and gets the school bus home every day at the end of the laneway to our house. He comes in and does his homework and sometimes has a snack when he arrives home. He tends to have his own routine. AJ has level 3 autism and intellectual disabilities he is very complex , he can have fantastic days interacting and other days he love just playing in his room on his own, he enjoys his own company. AJ is exploring new foods and textures at the minute so eating can be a messy and fun experience. Dáithí is a happy little man he spends most of his day chasing me around in his walker , he is eating so many different foods which I will update you on when we have a chat because as a small baby he was colic , reflux and CMPA so he is on gaviscon for infants and specialised formula from the GP , we are weaning as dairy free but when I am talking to you I can update you on all the kids progress with reguards to food and medications. Depending on my monthly roaster days of the week / Saturdays can vary month to month. We appreciate that our son is special needs so some experience is required in respect of him being autistic we would like that the person taking care of him have an understanding of how regulation is important for him and that they respect his boundaries. He attends St.Hildas special school in athlone and recieves the escort bus service to and from the house every day.
