Full time child minder3 days in a week for 3 kidsin dungarvan

I am looking for a child minder to look after my 3 kids fromend of october. They might be driven to schools especially both elders. My husband will be there at home mostly he would drive kids to school or mind the baby at home.elder son has speech delay and mild developmental delays, thus he needs special attention. 3 of them are not toilet trained and need assistance with personal care. Need help with eating as well. I will be working 3 days in a week, days will be changed, require the child minder at home on these 3 days in a week for long time. However husband will be at home for help with food and fluids.
