Experienced Reliable Childminder for 2 children

Myself and my husband have 2 girls 10 and 5 and a small family pet dog. We would like a minder to do school drop offs and pick ups from September- own car required. We work from home and would like the children minded at our house after school. It would be 6 hours a day in total. (9.30am - 1pm to yourself most days) Some light housework. We require some one experienced, ideally have worked in a creshe previously, friendly and patient. Flexibility required around school calendar to help us work with the schedule.
