Childminder required for friendly family in Ranelagh

We are looking for an experienced, friendly and flexible minder with good English to help in the daily life of our family. We have four young kids: a 7 year old girl; 4 year old boy; 2 year old boy and 6 month old girl. We are open to agreeing precise working hours after discussion. Occassional weekend/babysitting hours would also be desirable. We would prefer someone who lives in the Ranelagh area and who is a non-smoker. We would favour somebody with a childcare qualification.
