Childminder on Friday afternoons (weekly) Ballylanders area

We are looking for a hard working, reliable and kind person to mind our two girls (4 & 7) in our home on a Friday afternoon( 2-530) while we work in the office. It would also be fantastic if this person was available for occasional weekend babysitting. Both of our girls are well behaved but shy and need encouragement and help to play (our youngest is highly functioning autistic ). The babysitter/childminder will be asked to make sure the girls tidy up as they play during the afternoon and feed give them their snacks. They will also have to go out to the gate to meet our 7 year old as they come off the bus.
