Childminder needed for 3 kids, ages 5, 3 and 1 for 30 hours plus per week

We need someone who can help us care for our three kids (ages 5; 3 and 1) and also keep the house in order. Our daughter is at primary school and our son has just started pre-school. I’m due to go back to work part-time (five mornings) from mid-October. We need someone to mind our baby son at this time and to help with drop-offs and collections. We also need help with household chores e.g. putting on washes, tidying around etc. We are looking for a minder for 30 hours or more per week. We’d like to establish a long term relationship, ideally with a minder who lives close by. We provide a friendly, warm and supportive environment in which to work. We would like a mature minder with previous childminding experience and references. Thanks.
