Childminder needed for 3 children

We are looking for someone to mind our 3 great children, aged 6, 3 and almost 1 year in our own home. Term time. Mon-Thur usually. I am a teacher and am home by 3:45. One day at 4:45 . Start at 9:30 but flexibility needed occasionally. Own transport needed to collect boys from school and playschool. I'd love for them to have a childminer who would sit and colour in with them/read a story/ give a cuddle.
