Childminder/nanny needed

Hi there. I am searching for a part -time minder, while my kid doesn't start attending crèche. We live on the border with Limerick and need assistance with our two year old for two to three days a week. As I usually work on the weekends, I may pivot to requesting help on a Saturday or a Sunday, so weekend availability is needed. I am willing to negotiate rates, if you have solid references (international ref. also accepted). We are humble and simple people but very serious about first aid, food higiene safety knowledge, hand hygiene and no smoking, and screen time (No Coco melon for heaven's sake) , non negotiables, around our little one. Also, if you are the kind of individual that thinks it's ok to take kids out for strolls and drive around errands, without parental consent, do not reach out! I hope to find someone genuinely kind, that takes into consideration that parental scheduling for the child's naps, eating times, hygiene standards, among other simple requests, should be respected, not only due to surveillance or even the parents pitching up earlier.
