Childminder for School Hours needed in child's home or carer's home

We have one little boy who we are crazy about. We are looking for someone who is kind and compassionate to care for him. He wil be 7months+ so will require feeding, care and social interaction. We ideally would love someone who has experience, however, general attitude and personality is most important. We would like someone to care for him as we do. English speaker preferred, but not essential. Hours will generally be 9- 2.45/3.00pm, but flexible. May suit someone with children who are school goers currently. Flexible days, if needed.
