Childminder for one 3year old

Hi, I'm looking for a babysitter for weekends in the Kilmessan area. We have a 3year old girl, she is can be shy at first and then she comes out of her shell, she loves to colour, play and all round attention. My step daughter 14, also lives with us but she doesn't need minding she loves reading etc she may not be here at weekends. I'm looking for someone who will fit in with us, isn't afraid to give me a push on with dishes if needed or sweeping floor, keeping turd on fire. I work at weekends but it would be nice to be able to go out with my husband for dinner and not to worry about our little girl being in safe hands. We need someone who is reliable and available most weekends if needed. Thank you very much.
