Childminder for my 10month old daughter, 1 in October

I'm looking for a childminder based in my local area. I need a childminder for my 10month old daughter. She will be 1 in October. I only need a minder for Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays as I am job sharing next year in my school. I would prefer if the childminder could mind in my own house as I don't think I will be able to drop my child off in the mornings before work. I need a childminder from the end of August, however Sophie makes strange with people so I would feel more comfortable for Sophie to meet her minder before the end of August. The job hours would be from 8am to 3pm
