Childminder for Infant

Hi, my name is Chloe, I'm 32 years old and I'm looking for a childminder who can accommodate for me to go back to work when I have my baby in September of this year, it is still a long way off yet, but due to less childcare facilities in my area with baby rooms it's hard for me to stay out of work for 12 months +, I currently have a 6 year old boy but he is in school and after school so it would just be the baby. They will be about 8 months old when I decide to go back to work so I would need someone to be able to take care of them while I am at work. I work in a Creche myself so I know a lot about children and their needs so I need someone who is qualified in childcare and has experience with small children. A non smoker and someone who is available from around half 8 in the morning till half 5 as those are the hours I work Monday to Friday but only Fridays mornings are needed as my husband would be finished early on a Friday, References would be needed and preferably looked after at the child minders home.
