Childminder for 3 kids in Ranelagh. School pick up, dinner prep and li

Hi! We have 3 children ages 12, 11 and 9, a kitten and an aged guniea pig. One of my children is Autistic and the others are ADHD. All are sensitive souls with lots of sensory needs so I'm hoping for someone who is calm, patient and preferably with some understanding in this area. I'm looking for someone from 1-4pm who will come and get their dinner ready before collecting them at 2.10 from school (10 min walk away). I'm also open to increasing the hours to someone who is open to doing some household cleaning or kids laundry. Thanks
