Childminder for 2 Toddlers

We are looking for a childminder who can support 2 kids, collecting from Early Learning School and looking after them until around 4 PM Mon to Thurs, we can work out the details, but our son who is 5 in Nov has ASD, so requires some extra support, our daughter will be 4 in Oct. We are considering all options as my wife and I live busy lives and trying to balance work and life. Our current circumstances have changed, so we need to look for an alternative option.
