Full-Time Childminder / Nanny (Additional Needs Experience Essential) Location: Blackrock, Cork Position: Full-Time, Long-Term We are a warm, organised family based in Blackrock, Cork seeking an experienced and reliable full-time childminder to support our two young children ages 4 and 5. This is a long-term position for someone who is nurturing, proactive, and confident, supporting a child with additional needs. We are looking for a calm, capable presence who can provide consistency, structure, and warmth within our home. Role Includes: School drop-offs and collections Supporting after-school activities and structured play Outdoor adventures and active engagement Emotional regulation support where required Light housekeeping and general running of the home Meal preparation for the children Maintaining routine and organisation Schedule: Monday to Friday (full-time daytime hours) 07.30am-4.30pm One weekend day every second week (paid additionally) Essential Requirements: Proven previous childcare experience Experience supporting children with additional needs Full clean driving licence Excellent references Highly Desirable: Background as a Preschool Teacher, Early Years Educator or SNA Experience working within structured educational or therapeutic settings We value communication, reliability, warmth, and professionalism.
