Child minder needed for 8 month old baby

We are currently seeking a child minder for our son Jack. I plan to return to work at the end of August (He will be 8 months old by then). We are looking for someone who can mind him either in their own home or in our home 5 days a week 8am-4pm. We would Ideally love to find someone who has experience in childcare particularly with babies of this age. We would love it if the person could engage in play/educational activities with our child.
