Child Care 2024

My wife and I are a professional couple expecting our first child this Christmas but we're trying to be as mindful of enquiring about childcare as early as possible for the eventuality that both of us will possibly need to be back at work next Autumn or so. I am enquiring about care for our child around August/September of 2024. We are looking for childminders who will care for our child, their development and a person who will care for our child like we would! I expect we will need care from morning until late afternoon on weekdays. Preferentially we would want someone with child care qualifications with 3+ years experience caring for young children.
