Casual Babysitter with view to becoming Minder

Job Description
Seeking person with flexibility regarding their availability for our 18 month old daughter. Babysitting the occasional weekend/midweek evening at first with view to becoming a minder when I return to work (number of days to be confirmed).
Will also be needed for Mondays (approx 3 hours) for 12 weeks starting end of Sept - date to be confirmed.
