Care for 14 month old with school collection for older sibling in carrigaline

Hi I am looking for care for my 14 month old daughter from approximately 815am-4pm and school collection for her brother at 120pm from school in carrigaline until 4pm. I would drop and collect both from childminders home preferably. This would be for 2/3 days per week. Some flexibility needed but days will be agreed in advance.
