Babysitter for 3 girls

We are looking for someone who will look after our 3 girls, aged 10, 8 and 4. Mainly evenings and weekends depending on plans. There may be the need for an overnight but it would be very rarely. Girls are very friendly and love meeting new people. They are very active and fun but also great kids to have a chill out with. They also have a good bedtime routine and go to bed themselves when its time. I am also due a baby in December so would love someone with experience with smaller children as it would be a great help when the baby arrives.
