Baby sitter for 7 mo old with 3 year child creche run services as well

We are both GP trainees in Ireland with two kids. One is girl 7 months and boy who is 3 years old. Boy goes to full time creche in Letterkenny. We are looking for someone who can keep the 7 month old child in our own home from 8am till we come back home from work( 7pm) . We would also like you to pick our son from creche which is 5 mins away from our home at 5:30pm. We would like this arrangement from july2025 for almost 3 months and if things are going smoothly we can extend this arrangement furthur.
