Baby sitter for 3 month old

Hi There, I am looking for a baby minder who can feed my baby with bottles, hold my baby upright for 30 mins after feed. Help baby to naps and in the wake window , help baby with toys and brain stimulation activities. Need to change diaper before each feed plus if baby has popped. I baby’s mother will always be there in home …. But for few weeks I have been told to rest following my slip disc and sciatica issue.
