Au Pair live in / live out / childminder needed for family with two boys

We are Ana and Francisco, parents of two boys, the older one just became three in late September and a soon to be 6 months old baby. We are looking for some help with the baby in the morning and activities with both in the afternoon, someone who is active, likes to play with kids and has experience with babies would be a perfect match.
