Au pair 30 hours approx per week

We are expecting a new baby at the end of August. We are looking for an au pair to help mind our 3 other children, 2yrs boy, 4yrs girl and 7yrs boy Mon-Fri in afternoons after school and help with preparing meals and bedtime routines. We really hope for an au pair who fits with our family in terms of positive energy, open and good at communicating. You would need to be a good multitasker, energetic and enjoy the out doors. It is very important that your are interested in connecting with the childrens personalities , understanding their levels of their development and interested in the montessori approach to child rearing. We would like the Au Pair candidate to enjoy an enriching experience and to be able to assist in developing the childrens learning through good quality play and good role modelling. It would be a bonus if you are familiar with the montessori approach to working with children. Our previous au pair helped with preparing meals and light house work as well as enjoying time with the children. We are willing to be flexible in terms of which days of the week you would like off.
