Afterschool pick up and childminding needed for 2 children

I have 2 children, a girl Caoilainn (7), and a little boy Oscar (6). Oscar has a physical disability and uses a wheelchair. I am currently seeking someone who can provide school pick-ups on Wednesday Thursday and Friday and take care of the children after school until I arrive home at 4.30. My home is not far from the school so there are many options of transport. I am interested in an au pair (live in or out) or a childminder who would feel comfortable supporting oscar. Oscar is a lively and very independent young boy who attends mainstream school and only needs support with mobility.
