Afterschool care for three children in childrens house

We are looking for afterschool care for our three children (12,10,6) in our own house on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Our 10 year old is the most easygoing child, has several disabilities and attends a special school in Kilkenny. He is a full-time wheelchair user and our house is fully equipped for his needs. The other two children attend the local primary school (the 6 year old has SNA assistance)
