Afternoon minder Terenure

We are looking for a minder to collect our children from school (at 130 and 230) and bring them home and mind them for the afternoon. The kids are 10, 8 and 4.5. We want someone kind who will enjoy playing games, supervising homework and generally keeping the kids happy. I will be working from home for the next few months so I can be flexible about some days and times but would like someone who has Irish references, fluent English and would like to stay with us for the long term.
