After-school help

After-school help wanted – Drumcondra | Start ASAP | Long-term We’re looking for a lovely, reliable person to look after our two children, aged 9 and 11, in our own home three afternoons a week in Drumcondra. We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible and ideally stay with us long-term. Hours: 2.15pm–6.30pm, three days per week Days: Flexible and to be mutually agreed – happy to work around the right person’s availability Rate: €16–€20 per hour, depending on experience The role is mainly collecting the children from school (a straightforward 20-minute walk home), bringing them back to our house, getting them settled with something to eat and keeping them on track with homework until we finish work. It would also include light household tasks related to the children, such as preparing their food and tidying up after meals. They’re 9 and 11, so we’re really looking for someone warm, responsible and reliable who they’ll enjoy spending their afternoons with and who can keep things running smoothly. No driving required.
