Active & Creative Childminder Needed – South-West Clontarf (D3)

We are a Norwegian family living in South-West Clontarf (near Marino), looking for a nurturing, physically active, and highly structured childminder for our toddler daughter (2 years, 3 months). To ensure this is the right fit, please note our non-negotiables: Zero Screen Time: No TV, iPads, or phone screens during working hours. Whole-Food Nutrition: We follow a strict No Ultra-Processed Food (UPF) approach. You will be asked to prepare and offer simple, fresh meals/snacks provided by us, without introducing pre-packaged or sugary treats. Outdoor & Active Focus: We value daily fresh air, park outings, and physical movement, regardless of mild weather. ✨Who You Are: Proactive & Imaginative: You don't rely on structured screen entertainment. You naturally create engaging, hands-on activities (sensory play, outdoor exploration, story time, arts & crafts) without needing constant direction from us. Patient & Emotionally Attuned: You understand toddler development, handle tantrums or transitions with calm composure, and genuinely enjoy the curious, energetic nature of a 2-year-old. Transparent Communicator: You provide a clear, structured end-of-day update covering meal intake, nap timing, mood, and daily activities. 📅 The Schedule: Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (3 days/week). Hours: 08:00 AM – 3:00 PM PM (approx. 21 hours/week). Start Date: Week commencing October 26th, 2026.
