Minding a 1 year old in a multicultural home

We are a family of 3! My husband is Irish and I am Indian. We are a multicultural home where we embrace cultures from the east and west. We have a 1 year old when I return to work in February. I am working from home full time but am looking for someone to mind my daughter in our home. We are looking for nannies or au pairs. We would be more than happy to provide food and lodging. We are looking for someone we can trust , who can be part of our small family (we are a total of 3 humans and 2 dogs). Since I am working from home I can work flexible hours but would need someone to help mind the baby for atleast 7 hours during the day Mon- Friday between 9am-4pm.
