5 day Minder needed for 20 mnth old Castlebar

Hi, I need a minder for my son for when I return to work full time in April. Castlebar based Care in minder's home. Someone who genuinely loves playing with kids and with who he can comfortably become a part of their day routine or home life. He is social and loving and silly and playful and likes to be with other people, kids and adults, loves to be outside exploring, digging and watering plants, cats, dogs, cows, books, he is a curious egg. I'm looking for someone ideally who wants to play with and engage my son in his surroundings; nature, people, toys, art, animals, lots of opportunity for physical movement and exploration (park, walks, woods, playgrounds, garden) We dont have a car so transport necessary or living close in Castlebar town centre. The absolutes: - tv, screens are not childminding to me. I want someone who is present with him, who can involve them in their day, dsily life, with their environment or with others. - zero sugar/sweeteners/additives. This changes his stable mood and makes life hell for me! - no posing him for pictures.
