Child Minding Qualifications
I have only been an Au Pair once; last summer I was very lucky to meet my wonderful host family in Ireland (co. Mayo), who from the very first moment made sure I felt part of the family. I had the pleasure of looking after three children aged 13, 11 and 8 who I connected with from the moment we were introduced and who I still keep in touch with as my friends. We developed a relationship very similar to that of a big sister or cousin, and I grew very fond of them in a very short time. I look forward to visiting them again! Their parents worked most of the day, so I was in charge of preparing meals, doing the laundry and keeping the house clean and tidy as well as making sure they had fun activities to do, whether it was making art, going for a walk, going to the beach or swimming, cooking... etc.
